Twist is safe for use on gingival margins and exposed dentin, and it is ideal for applying dental medicaments and for preparing teeth for etchants and bleaching procedures. Twist is the only effective prophy angle brush for orthodontic cases. It can be used on and in between brackets, wires, and bands. Attach Twist to a handpiece and run it at the same speed as any other disposable prophy angle (4000 RPMs are ideal for optimum results). Maintain constant speed and contact, gliding from tooth to tooth, exerting as much pressure as necessary to clean and polish all surfaces. For deep or stubborn stains, exert pressure.
