Veraviewepocs 3De offers digital 3D, panoramic, and cephalometric imaging options without any cassette change required. Built-in sensors for all image types are designed to save time and protect the hardware. Providing 40 mm x 40 mm and 40 mm x 80 mm 3D fields of view, Veraviewepocs 3De allows for maxillary/mandibular arch diagnosis. In addition, it offers a “true” panoramic image, not a reconstruction, which is typically covered by insurance companies. Veraviewepocs’ 7.4-second panoramic and 9.4-second 3D scan times make taking images easy. Simply click the desired position on the panoramic image, and the C-arm will automatically move into the optimum patient position to get 3D images at the center of the region of interest. A light-beam sensor automatically positions the unit without requiring the patient to move. The light-beam sensor measures the distance to the patient’s teeth, then the arm automatically moves into the optimal position.
